Meet the Professionals

Madelynn Fellon is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in New Orleans. A graduate of the University of Holy Cross, Madelynn has spent over 10 years helping individuals and couples navigate a variety of challenges, including mental health struggles, substance abuse, life transitions, and relationship issues. Passionate about supporting the vibrant local community, the goal is to help people find balance, strength, and clarity.

Therapy here is not about judgment or quick fixes, but about having meaningful conversations that help individuals gain clarity, build stronger relationships, and reconnect with themselves. The approach is grounded in evidence-based techniques, combined with a personalized touch, because every person and relationship is unique.

In individual therapy, the focus is on addressing challenges such as stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. Life can present tough obstacles, and the aim is to help navigate through them, regain balance, and get back on track.

For couples therapy, the focus is on improving communication, working through difficult moments, and reconnecting. The goal is to build trust, deepen understanding, and foster growth together as a couple.

A safe and supportive environment is created where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. Whether seeking individual therapy or couples counseling, the goal is to support clients in taking the next step toward a healthier, happier life.

Meet Madelynn

Meet Gladys

This is Gladys, an adorable and dedicated therapy dog. Gladys is a sweet, lovable Corgi with a heart full of snuggles and a natural gift for making people smile. When she's not chasing after her favorite ball or lounging in a sunny spot, she’s by the client’s side, offering comfort and support to anyone who needs it.

With her calming presence and playful energy, Gladys has a special way of brightening the room. She’s the kind of dog who knows exactly when you need a paw on your lap or a gentle nudge to make your day a little better. Whether you're here for therapy or just passing by, Gladys is always ready to offer her unconditional love and remind you that you’re never alone.

If you ever feel uncomfortable with Gladys in the room, no worries at all! She’s more than happy to step out and give you the space you need.

Meet Lauren

Lauren Mills, PLPC, is a compassionate counselor and Loyola University New Orleans graduate serving individuals (ages 12+), couples, and families. She is also committed to supporting military service members, veterans, and first responders, honoring their culture and the cumulative impact of service on well-being and family life.

Whether you’re new to counseling or returning to find the right fit, Lauren offers a nonjudgmental presence and practical tools that translate into change. Her style is warm, direct, and strengths-based, focused on building resilience, improving communication, and restoring connection at home, school, and work.

Meet Aaron

Aaron Frazin (PLPC) is a sex therapist and couples therapist who specializes in helping individuals and couples get unstuck - from those trapped in their heads, to partners who haven’t had sex in months, to folks quietly wondering if they’re “too broken” to enjoy it at all.

Aaron's style is direct, warm, and evidence-based. He is trained as a sex therapist (with a Master’s in Counseling from Bradley University) and trained in couples therapy (EFT). He is also trained in EMDR with somatic therapy - which he integrates to process what the body is still holding from past relationships and experiences.

Prior to becoming a therapist, he founded a multi-million dollar tech company that was later acquired, this life experience influences his goal oriented approach. He is also influenced by meditation, having spent nearly 2 weeks in silent meditation and 100 days in near-solitude in the woods. Alone and in meditation solidified to him that lasting change happens far faster through fostering a kind relationship with ourselves inside our head, as opposed to simply changing behaviors and communication strategies. Change is possible.
